Technology Service Center – Both Schools

Technology Service Center Information:

Beginning week of 4/13, we will hold a Technology Service Center at both schools on Thursdays from 10:00am – 1:00pm. The Tech Lead at each site will be on campus to service chromebooks by appointment. Prior to requesting an appointment, please follow the suggested troubleshooting steps below. Additionally, by sending an email to tech support, you may be able to fix the issue with a simple email exchange. At that time, we will be able to determine if the device requires professional servicing and will proceed accordingly.

 

We are aware that students are having trouble connecting, particularly with hotspots. Please review these FAQ document with instructions for doing a soft reset on the chromebooks.
